Responsibilities:

Develop, customize, and manage Zoho One applications, including CRM, Creator, and other Zoho apps
Collaborate with various teams to understand business requirements and translate them into Zoho solutions
Integrate Zoho applications with other third-party software
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Zoho One applications
Create and maintain detailed documentation for customizations and integrations
Stay updated with Zoho One updates and new features
Requirements:

Proven experience working with Zoho One suite, including CRM, Creator, and other Zoho applications
Strong understanding of Zoho’s APIs and integration capabilities
Proficiency in custom development and scripting within Zoho
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work remotely and independently
Reliable internet connection
