Zoho Expert and Social Media Marketing

I run a psychotherapy group practice called Women of Color Therapy. We have expanded to become the WOC House, a wellness center for teens and women of color in Valley Glen, CA.

I'm looking for someone experienced in the different apps on Zoho (CRM, Sign, Survey, Analytics, Creator, Desk, Forms, Learn). I need support with setting up the CRM, creating workflows for different leads, and ways to track and measure marketing efforts.
We are currently using a number of tech tools and do not have streamlined processes. I am looking for someone who thrives on organization and creating systems that boost lead generation and conversion.

For social media, we are looking for someone who understands our mission and our voice and is skilled in editing and creating engaging posts that boost traffic. You can check out our IG at woctherapy and WOC house to get a sense of our brand.

I would also like someone knowledgeable in creating FB and Google Ads to promote our weekly workshops.

I would prefer someone with reviews and references.
