We are seeking a skilled Zoho Developer & IT Specialist to join our team and oversee our IT and tech systems.

Role Overview: As a Zoho Developer & IT Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Zoho applications and integrations while also overseeing other IT systems and technologies essential to our eCommerce business. Your role will be instrumental in optimizing our eCommerce platform, managing technology projects, and ensuring seamless integration across various tools.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, customize, and maintain Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications.
Integrate Zoho with external tools such as GSuite, Slack, Typeform, and Shopify.
Manage and troubleshoot IT systems, including eCommerce platforms and technology infrastructure.
Collaborate with team members to identify technology needs and implement solutions.
Monitor and optimize system performance and data integrity.
Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.
Stay updated on industry trends and recommend new technologies to enhance business processes.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Zoho Developer, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and other Zoho applications.
Familiarity with GSuite, Slack, Typeform, and Shopify.
Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and IT systems.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Experience in technology management and IT support is a plus.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant certifications or training in Zoho and other technologies are desirable.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
