**What Does a Zapier Automation Specialist Do?**
Your main role will be to create and manage automation workflows for our clients using Zapier. You’ll also play a key part in helping us develop and refine our internal systems as we grow. This is an ideal role for someone who loves solving problems and making things more efficient.

While Zapier will be your primary focus, you will also have the opportunity to learn and work with other automation tools commonly used by our clients. We provide training videos for platforms we’ve previously utilized to help you get started, but you’ll also encounter new tools that you’ll need to independently learn and master. Once proficient, you’ll be responsible for creating internal training materials to keep the team informed and equipped.

Artificial intelligence is central to our work. We’re on the cutting edge of what’s possible, leveraging tools like OpenAI’s ChatGPT, Anthropic’s Claude, Google’s Gemini, and more to deliver innovative solutions to our clients.
While you don’t need to be an AI expert, we’re looking for someone who shares our excitement for the transformative potential of AI. Your enthusiasm for exploring AI-powered tools and integrating them into workflows will be a key part of your success in this role.

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**
- Build and manage automation workflows in Zapier to simplify client operations.
- Use OpenAI's API for ChatGPT to create custom automation solutions (we’ll provide training).
- Research and test new automation techniques to stay on the cutting edge of what's possible.
- Troubleshoot and refine existing workflows to ensure they run smoothly and reliably.
- Research and recommend new automation tools or platforms to improve efficiency.
- Document workflows and processes clearly, ensuring they’re easy to replicate and maintain.
- Proactively identify inefficiencies and develop solutions to address them.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement creative automation ideas.
- Stay up-to-date on trends in automation and AI to help us continually improve our offerings.
- Provide support to clients, answering questions or resolving issues related to their workflows.


**What We’re Looking For**
- We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience building workflows in Zapier.
- Is fluent in English and communicates clearly.
- Is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys solving problems.
- Is comfortable working in a startup environment where not everything is fully established yet.
- Enjoys learning about and testing new AI tools and technologies.
- Stays up to date on the latest strategies and trends in automation and AI.
- Thrives on exploring creative ways to improve workflows and streamline processes.
- Bonus Points
- Experience with the automation software Make.com (not required but a plus).
- Experience working with ChatGPT’s API (not required but a plus).

**Compensation**
Pay will be based on your level of experience.
