Youtube MOTION GRAPHICS (Editor)

Job Overview:
We’re looking for a creative Thumbnail Editor to design eye-catching motion-graphics that drive engagement on platforms like YouTube and social media. You’ll work closely with content creators to ensure visuals align with branding and attract viewers.

Job Type: WFH [Full-time/Part-time/Freelance]

*STARTING* Pay Range: $200–$400 USD per month with room to grow

Key Responsibilities:
- Create 2+ visually appealing motion graphics/ edits per day that capture video content.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with creators and teams to understand content and target audience.
- Optimize thumbnails for various platforms.
- Manage and organize design assets.


Requirements:
Proven experience with design tools (Video Edit Software, After Effects, etc.).
Strong design skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under tight deadlines.
Knowledge of YouTube/social media best practices is a plus.
