Right now, we are hiring long term inbound chat appointment setters for our company.

We are looking for hard working, loyal, and consistent teaUpgrade to see actual infombers who are willing to take over the messaging in the DMs in order to help us book sales calls.

So this is where you come in. Upon hire, we will also mentor you FOR FREE with our sales managers, in order to ensure that you are a high performing chat appointment setter.

This means that you will be PAID to learn this high income skill, and will be receiving free coaching from our staff and myself (Richard Yu) in order to improve your skillset.

Pretty good deal eh?

Here are the requirements:
-You must be able to commit full time hours (at least 50 hours/week), Monday - Friday 9-6 EST OR Night Shift 7 PM - 7 AM EST (Eastern Time Zone)
-Our preference: 5-6 days per week (1 day off), 10 hours per day of work (roughly 50-60 hours/week) of work.
-100% all in. We ask that you remain 100% exclusive with us when working on our team within 30 days of working with our team. This means no side hustles, as your financial goals and impact will be achieved WITHIN our team, not outside of it, and side hustles will inevitably break your focus.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Following clear instructions in a easy-to-followscript and messaging prospects
-Messaging prospects on social media platforms, like Instagram or Facebook messenger, to book sales calls.
-Showing up to daily sales meetings, and conducting 20-30 minutes/day of daily reporting and administrative activities
-Working directly with our phone closers to enroll clients into our program.

Because you will be messaging people in English on a daily basis, your English skills must be highly skilled.

WHO THIS IS NOT FOR:
-If your English is not great (you cannot write with proper grammar, and speak fluently), please do not apply
-If you are not willing to go ALL IN with one company, and like to work on multiple businesses at once, this is not for you.
-If you do not like to work hard, work fast, and collaborate in a team environment, do not apply.

WHO THIS IS FOR:
-If you are LOYAL, and want to have a long term relationship with your employer who will treat you the right way for years to come, this is for you.
-If you have experience messaging people to book sales calls, this is for you.

Compensation:
This job will start off at $Upgrade to see actual infoUSD / mo. depending on your current skill set and experience.

Though if you have a very strong skillset / experience and are asking for more, this is negotiable, and there is room to grow.

We have teaUpgrade to see actual infombers in this role that have grown to $Upgrade to see actual infoUSD / mo after 1 - 2 years of being on our team.
