YouTube Video Editor – Behavioral Health & Business Content

Inward Bloom is seeking a dedicated YouTube Video Editor to help create professional educational content for behavioral health leaders, treatment centers, and healthcare organizations.

This is NOT a general virtual assistant position.

We are looking for someone who specializes in YouTube editing and understands how to create engaging, professional, retention-focused content.

About Us

Inward Bloom provides behavioral health consulting and contracted holistic services to mental health, substance use, and eating disorder treatment programs throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.

Our content focuses on:

* Client engagement
* Behavioral health operations
* Treatment programming
* Census growth
* Staff wellness
* Trauma-informed care
* Nervous system regulation

Ongoing Weekly Deliverables

Each week you will typically receive:

1 Long-Form YouTube Video

* 8–15 minutes
* Talking head format
* Professional editing
* B-roll
* Graphics and text overlays

From that video, create:

3 YouTube Shorts

* 30–60 seconds each

3 LinkedIn Videos

* Reformatted from the shorts
* Optimized for LinkedIn

Occasional Facebook Video

* Created from existing content when requested

1 YouTube Thumbnail

* Professional thumbnail designed for click-through rate

Editing Style

We are looking for a blend of:

* Ali Abdaal style professionalism
* Alex Hormozi style retention and pacing
* Clean business-focused presentation

This should feel:

* Professional
* Educational
* Trustworthy
* Modern
* Executive-level

We are NOT looking for:

* Flashy influencer edits
* Excessive animations
* Trendy effects
* Gaming-style editing
* ---------- editing
* Excessive sound effects

Required Experience

Please do NOT apply unless you have:

* At least 1 year of YouTube editing experience
* Experience creating both long-form and short-form content
* Strong English comprehension
* Reliable internet and communication

Application Requirements

To be considered, send ALL of the following:

1. Your portfolio
2. Links to 3 YouTube videos you personally edited
3. Links to 3 YouTube Shorts you personally edited
4. Examples of thumbnails you personally created
5. Your proposed weekly rate
6. Your average turnaround time
7. The editing software you use

For each video submitted, please specify exactly what you were responsible for:

* Editing only
* Editing + thumbnails
* Editing + graphics
* Full content production

Applications without portfolio examples will not be reviewed.

Paid Editing Test

Final candidates will be asked to complete a small paid editing test using raw footage provided by Inward Bloom.

The test will include:

* One short-form clip
* One thumbnail
* A short section of a long-form video

Compensation
Please provide your proposed WEEKLY rate for the deliverables listed above.

We anticipate this position averaging approximately 4–8 hours per week. We prefer to transition to a fixed weekly rate after the initial onboarding period.

Long-Term Opportunity

This is intended to become a long-term position for the right editor.

We are building a consistent content system and are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company.
