YouTube Thumbnail Designer Needed ($8 per Thumbnail)

I’m looking for a talented YouTube thumbnail designer who can create high-CTR thumbnails that grab attention, increase clicks, and match the branding of my personal brand/business content.

I create entrepreneurship, business, and self-improvement content, and I need thumbnails that stand out on YouTube.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Designing high-quality, engaging thumbnails for my YouTube videos.
- Making sure thumbnails are eye-catching, readable, and curiosity-driven.
- Using bold text, strong contrast, and facial expressions to boost CTR.
- Keeping text short and effective (3-5 words max).
- Following a consistent style that aligns with my brand.

Requirements:
