YouTube Thumbnail Designer (Experience Required)

We are looking for a YouTube Thumbnail Designer with proven experience creating thumbnails specifically for YouTube videos.

Important requirements:

* Previous experience designing YouTube thumbnails is mandatory.
* Your portfolio must include actual YouTube thumbnail work. Applications without relevant YouTube thumbnail examples will not be considered.
* Strong understanding of YouTube CTR-driven design, visual hierarchy, and attention-grabbing compositions.
* Ability to maintain consistency across different channel styles and niches.

Workload:

* Up to 5 thumbnails per day.

Compensation:

* $350/month
