YouTube Long Format Video Editor $35/video

Long-Term YouTube Video Editor Needed (this is not for YouTube Shorts!)

We are looking for a video editor for long-term work on our YouTube channels. We will start with one channel, but if your work is good, we may give you more channels later.

- Pay: $35 USD per video
- Video length: 15 to 25 minutes
- Turnaround time: 3 to 4 days (reviews may impact)
- Payment: Wise only, after the video is approved

This is NOT an AI video generation job.

You will edit the full video from start to finish. You will also find images, archive footage, B-roll, and other visuals that fit the script.

We want someone who knows how to make videos interesting with good pacing, clean transitions, motion, graphics, and strong visual choices. We are not looking for basic template-style editing. This is not take an element from CapCut library and drop into the timeline.

We expect you to match the sample's quality or do better. We sometimes use AI images as fillers, but only in a few cases and in specific circumstances (e.g., can't find a archive image nor what we call "proxy" images) . Most of the time, we want real footage, archive images, and good visual research.

Requirements:
- Experience editing faceless YouTube videos
- Can work independently without needing constant guidance
- Good communication and reasonable response time
- Can join Slack for communication
- Open to doing a paid test edit

What to expect:
- We will give a paid test to people who look like a good fit
- At the start, there will be a few revision rounds while you learn our style. If you expect one-shot this, you've not worked with video editing before :p
- We want to build a long-term working relationship

What we provide:
- Script, files, and information to help you
- Support and answers if you have questions
- Clear direction at the start
- After that, we expect you to work independently (but not alone, we will always be there to answer questions, share feedback, etc.)

We do NOT provide access to AI tools or any other tool. This may change in the future for the right person.
