YouTube Content Editor & Channel Assistant (Remote)

I’m looking for a reliable and creative YouTube Content Editor & Channel Assistant to help grow a family relocation and lifestyle channel.

The channel documents our family’s move from the UK to Thailand, family life abroad, travel, business ownership, parenting, and day-to-day experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Editing long-form YouTube videos (10–30 minutes)
* Creating engaging YouTube Shorts from long-form content
* Creating thumbnails (if you have experience)
* Uploading videos and scheduling content
* Writing titles, descriptions, and timestamps
* Suggesting hooks and ideas to improve audience retention
* Organising video files and content workflow
* Helping maintain a consistent posting schedule

Requirements:

* Experience editing YouTube videos
* Ability to create attention-grabbing Shorts
* Good understanding of YouTube and social media trends
* Reliable communication
* Ability to work independently
* Basic English required

Preferred (but not essential):

* Experience with family, travel, lifestyle, or vlog content
* Thumbnail design skills
* Understanding of YouTube analytics
