JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven YouTube Ads Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing YouTube ad campaigns to drive engagement, conversions, and brand awareness. If you have a passion for digital marketing and a deep understanding of YouTube’s advertising platform, we want to hear from you!

You should have an understanding of doing keyword research to know what keywords have the most traffic, and or the least competition.

If you know how to do video editing, or thumbnail design that is a plus.

We are (NOT) looking for someone that has just posted videos to YouTube with 0 success, nor do we want people who just watch YouTube videos.

We need someone who can see where we are at and can generate a specific step-by-step plan on what videos we should make, as well as how to manipulate the algorithm in our favor.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute YouTube advertising strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create, launch, and manage YouTube ad campaigns, including in-stream, discovery, and bumper ads.
- Conduct audience research to target the right demographics and optimize campaign performance.
- Analyze ad performance metrics and generate reports to track ROI and suggest improvements.
- A/B test ad creatives, headlines, and targeting strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest YouTube Ads trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Requirements:
- Proven experience managing YouTube Ads campaigns with a strong track record of success.
- Proficiency in Google Ads Manager and YouTube’s advertising platform
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with audience targeting, retargeting, and YouTube ad placement strategies.
- Knowledge of video editing tools and best practices for YouTube ads (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
