Key Responsibilities
(Important must have experience with photoshop and Lightroom)
1. YouTube & Social Media Management
YouTube Channel Management:
Create, schedule, and post engaging video content.
Implement best practices for YouTube SEO (optimized titles, tags, descriptions).
Design and edit thumbnails using Photoshop and Lightroom.
Monitor and respond to comments, fostering a positive community.
Social Media Management:
Create, schedule, and post engaging content on platforms such as Google Business Profile,
Monitor comments, messages, and mentions to maintain brand voice and foster positive engagement.
Track and report on social media metrics, providing monthly analytics updates.
2. Executive Assistant Duties
Calendar & Meeting Management: Oversee calendar management and scheduling for clients.
File Organization: Organize, file, and manage important documents.
Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel accommodations and itineraries.
Administrative Support: Conduct online research and handle additional tasks as needed.
3. Reporting & Analytics
YouTube & Social Media Reports: Generate monthly performance reports, consolidating analytics (views, engagement, subscribers, etc.).
Data Analysis: Present findings with actionable insights to continually improve the clients’ digital presence.
4. Additional Support
Marketing & Administrative Tasks: Assist with other marketing and administrative tasks as requested.
Stay Current: Keep up-to-date on social media trends and platform updates (including YouTube’s evolving features and algorithms) to help clients remain competitive.
Qualifications
Experience
Proven experience as a YouTube Channel Manager, Social Media Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Familiarity with photo editing tools (Photoshop, Lightroom) is a must.
Social Media & YouTube Expertise
YouTube SEO: Solid understanding of YouTube best practices, including metadata optimization.
Social Platforms: Proficiency in managing accounts on
Scheduling & Analytics: Experience with scheduling tools and basic analytics on multiple platforms.
Technical Skills
Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with project management/file-sharing tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Google Drive).
Communication & Organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a remote work setting.
