JOB OVERVIEW

*** Position: Xero Bookkeeper (Virtual Assistant)
*** Location: Remote – Work from Home
*** Hours: Full-time (35 hours/week, UK/Europe time)
*** Salary: 45,000OPHP + performance bonuses
*** Start Date: ASAP

*** About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Xero Bookkeeper/CPA to join our team. If you have strong experience with Xero, bookkeeping, and financial data management, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

***Key Responsibilities:
-- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks in Xero (invoices, reconciliations, expenses)
-- Handle accounts payable & receivable
-- Generate monthly financial reports
-- Ensure accurate categorization of transactions
-- Assist with VAT filings
-- Maintain financial records with 100?curacy
-- Identify and fix discrepancies in accounts
-- Support with cash flow management

*** Required Skills & Qualifications:
--At least 2 years of experience using Xero professionally
-- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles & financial reporting
-- Experience with VAT/GST accounting is a huge plus
-- Excellent attention to detail – No room for errors!
-- Proficient in Advanced Excel/Google Sheets
-- Knowledge of Automation tools like Zapier, coding knowledge huge plus
-- Can work independently & meet deadlines
-- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
