Writer Wanted for YouTube Video Scripts | Long-Term Full time

Location: Prefer candidates in Cebu (company HQ is in Ayala Business Park) but Remote is acceptable.

We're hiring a talented and creative Writer to join our team! If you're passionate health and fitness, this full-time position offers consistent work, excellent pay, bonuses, and raises for outstanding performance. The Company has a 36 month grows strategy focusing on customer acquisition through social media. This is a relatively new company with a very aggressive social media strategy. Requirements:

- Demonstrated experience as a writer
- Excellent English skills in writing, editing, and proofreading
- Ability to create engaging and compelling content for social media.
- Strong understanding of storytelling
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and social media trends
- Knowledge on YouTube channel Growth Strategies is a plus
- Strong Knowledge of weight loss and health topics is a plus
- Great sense of humor that can be applied to content is a HUGE PLUS
- A fast internet connection
- Fluent or C1 level English proficiency.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Passion for health and wellness and a desire to help individuals achieve their weight loss goals is Required



Responsibilities:

1. Write scripts for educational weight loss videos on a variety of topics
2. Create Video Storyboards and production plans for the video shoot
3. Collaborate with the video production team to ensure the scripts are aligned with the brand, tone, and messaging
4. Conduct research on weight loss topics and trends to stay up-to-date with the latest information
5. Edit and revise scripts as necessary to improve clarity, flow, and engagement
6. Work with the marketing team to ensure that the scripts are optimized for SEO and social media sharing
7. Work with the content creator to develop and refine video ideas, scripts, and storyboards.
8. Conduct keyword research to optimize content for search engine visibility.
9. Ensure that all scripts are written to a high standard of accuracy and professionalism
10. Stay organized, meet deadlines, and fully take responsibility for your department

This position will likely start Part-time, but Full-time will be available after probation is completed. After probation, we offer a full-time position (40 hours per week) with supplemental bonus pay based on MBOs (Management by objectives) with opportunities to be making over P100k a month after probation and integration into the team. We are based out of Cebu Ayala Business Park but we are a remote company. However, company culture is we act like we're in the office during work hours even those working remotely.
