Workflow Automation Specialist

This role is crucial for setting up and managing our tech stack, including integrating HoneyBook, Notion, Wix, Mailchimp, ManyChat, and other tools to streamline our client management and project workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Tech Stack Integration: Set up and integrate HoneyBook, Notion, Wix, Mailchimp, ManyChat, and other tools to create a seamless client experience and efficient project flow.

Workflow Design: Develop, implement, and optimize workflows and automation processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.

CRM Management: Configure and manage CRM systems to ensure smooth client interactions and data management.
Automation Implementation: Utilize tools like Zapier or Automate.io to automate repetitive tasks and sync data across platforms.

Chatbot Integration: Implement and manage ManyChat for automated client interactions, lead capture, and support.

Project Management: Organize and track client projects using Notion, including setting up task management, timelines, and reporting.

System Optimization: Regularly review and refine tech stack integrations and workflows to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the business.

Training & Support: Provide training and support to team members on new systems and processes.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in setting up and managing CRMs, automation tools, and tech stacks.
- Proficiency with HoneyBook, Notion, Wix, Mailchimp, ManyChat, and automation platforms like Zapier or Automate.io.
- Strong understanding of workflow design and project management principles.
- Experience with chatbot implementation and management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
