WordPress Virtual Assistant & ChatGPT Content Creator (SEO Focused)

Note: University of Philippines graduates preferred (but not required).

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant with strong WordPress and SEO skills to join our content team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using ChatGPT to generate high-quality blog posts from YouTube transcripts, create video-based blog titles that include a relevant, targeted keyword, and know how to properly optimize and publish content using Yoast SEO.

Responsibilities: Use YouTube video transcripts to create blog content with ChatGPT. Publish blog posts in WordPress and optimize for SEO using Yoast. Schedule and share blog posts across client social media accounts, including Google My Business, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram (and others as needed). Maintain formatting and visual consistency using Elementor and the Hello Theme. Manage content flow and task communication via Slack. Track productivity and work hours through Hubstaff.

Requirements: Proven experience with WordPress (posting, editing, optimizing content). Familiarity with Yoast SEO plugin and best SEO practices. Experience using Elementor for page building and layout. Strong written English and grammar skills. Ability to use ChatGPT effectively to generate natural, engaging blog content. Comfortable with task management and communication tools like Slack and Hubstaff. Social media scheduling or posting experience.

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Preferred): WordPress development experience (HTML, CSS, minor PHP). Graphic design for blog headers or social media (Canva, etc.). Experience in digital marketing or agency settings.

Work Hours & Commitment: Must be available during US Central Time, 2:00 AM – 11:00 AM (1 hour break), Monday through Friday. This is a full-time role for a dedicated long-term teaUpgrade to see actual infomber.
