Do you love working independently, solving problems, and delivering high-quality results? We’re looking for a reliable, efficient, and detail-oriented developer to join our team on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as our business expands.

You’ll be joining a passionate team that values your skills and time and wants to see you succeed. You will work closely with the owner of the business, who will provide clear Figma designs and/or wireframes for the sites being created. We use page builders like Elementor to streamline the process. We also support clients using Shopify, Webflow, and WooCommerce, so experience with other CMS platforms is a big plus!

What You'll Do
- Build responsive WordPress websites using provided designs and content
- Use page builders, where required, such as Elementor (preferred), WPBakery, or similar
- Ensure websites are fast, SEO-friendly, mobile-optimised, and secure
- Set up and test web forms with strong attention to email deliverability
- Implement anti-spaUpgrade to see actual infoasures for forms and overall site security
- Handle basic Google Analytics setup, SEO, and contact form integration
- Maintain and update client websites regularly (plugin updates, bug fixes, content changes)
- Support client requests post-launch (e.g. tweaks, improvements, minor changes)
- Communicate clearly and meet deadlines

What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience building WordPress sites from custom designs
- Proficient in using Elementor or other popular page builders
- Confident in troubleshooting email deliverability issues (especially for contact forms)
- Skilled in preventing form spam (using reCAPTCHA, honeypots, etc.)
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, PHP, and common WP plugins
- E-commerce experience
- Bonus: Familiarity with Shopify, Webflow, or other CMS platforms
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to match designs from Figma or wireframes
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment

Tools We Use:
- Wordpress
- Figma
- Google Workspace
- Slack
- Teamwork

Why Work With Us
- Long-term, stable role with a small but growing team
- Friendly, respectful, and supportive work environment
- Flexible work hours and remote setup
- Opportunities to work across a variety of exciting projects and CMS platforms
