About Us: We are an SEO-centric digital marketing agency primarily focused on optimizing and expanding existing WordPress websites for our diverse client base. Our work involves a balanced mix of enhancing current websites (approximately 75%) and designing new ones (around 25%), all while integrating SEO best practices to improve site performance and user experience.

Job Overview: We are looking for a multi-talented WordPress and SEO Specialist who is proficient in the Avada theme. This role is ideal for someone who excels in both the creative aspects of website design and the analytical world of SEO. Your primary focus will be on optimizing and expanding current client websites, while also occasionally building new websites from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

Optimize and expand existing WordPress websites using the Avada theme, ensuring both design excellence and SEO effectiveness.
Design and develop new websites, landing pages, and templates aligning them with our clients' branding and SEO objectives.
Use Avada layout builder to create custom page templates and implement design best practices.
Regularly update website elements for SEO optimization, including title tags, meta descriptions, page headings, and on-page content.
Assist in content creation and modification using tools like Chat GPT, tailored for SEO needs.
Manage forms creation, image optimization, and other website functionalities.
Work collaboratively on SEO strategy, including page optimization, keyword research, and site structure decisions.
Monitor and report on website performance, suggesting and implementing improvements.
Required Skills and Experience:

Strong experience in WordPress website design and development, especially with the Avada theme.
Solid understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them in website design and content.
Proven ability to manage and improve existing websites with a focus on SEO performance.
Creativity in web design coupled with a strategic approach to SEO.
Familiarity with Siteground hosting and staging environments is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards website and SEO improvement.
