Wholesale Account Manager
Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Wholesale Account Manager to join our wholesale business. This position will play a critical role in sourcing products from specific distributors, creating draft purchase orders, and identifying new product or supplier opportunities. Your contributions will directly impact the growth and efficiency of our business.
Job Responsibilities:
Sourcing:
- Review distributor websites and wholesale catalogs for profitable products
- Utilize distributor portals for sourcing opportunities
- Perform UPC scanning to identify products
- Reverse source from other sellers to uncover new product opportunities
Creating Purchase Orders:
- Create draft purchase orders, including quantities, based on Keepa and SellerAmp data
- Document purchase order templates and procedures
- Calculate prices and quantities accurately for profitability
- Submit draft purchase orders for final review by the manager
Distributor Research:
- Find new distributor leads by reverse sourcing stores with profitable products
Account Management:
- Review and manage
- Troubleshoot issues such as mispicks, shipping mistakes, and order discrepancies
Requirements & Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience sourcing profitable products for eCommerce platforms
- Proficiency with sourcing tools such as SellerAmp and SmartScout
- Strong ability to analyze sales data using Keepa
- Experience with UPC scanning and reverse sourcing techniques
