Westside Rentals – Operations & Sales Assistant

Westside Rentals is a rental car company serving gig drivers (Uber, Lyft, DoorDash). We are hiring Part-Time Operations & Sales Assistants to support daily operations.

This role requires strong English communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule (CST)
6-hour shifts:
• Morning: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Weekly structure:
• Weekday Team (Mon–Thu)
• Weekend Team (Fri–Sun rotation)

Must be fully available for assigned shift.

Pay:
• $3.00 USD per hour
• Paid training provided

Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with rental applicants
• Qualify leads using scripts
• Follow up with prospects and manage pipeline
• Prepare rental agreements and invoices
• Track payments and update records in CRM (GoHighLevel)
• Submit shift reports

Requirements:
• Strong English communication (clear and confident on calls)
• Comfortable handling phone conversations daily
• Customer service or VA experience preferred
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Able to follow SOPs exactly
• Fast learner and reliable
• Able to work independently
• Basic CRM and Google Workspace experience
• Must respond within 1–2 minutes on Telegram during shift

• Slow or disorganized workers
• Candidates who need constant supervision
