We’re Hiring: VA Training Specialist

$5/hour | Permanent WFH | PTO + HMO

The Role:
We’re looking for a Training Specialist who’s passionate about learning and development. You’ll lead engaging virtual training sessions, onboard new hires, and equip our team with the skills needed to succeed.

What You’ll Do:
-Host Zoom training sessions (50-70% on camera) on tools, policies, and best practices
-Lead onboarding for new hires and assess readiness
-Provide advanced training on email marketing, SEO, e-commerce, analytics, and more
-Create and improve training materials
-Collaborate with leadership on training effectiveness

What We’re Looking For:
-1–2 years of training or similar experience
-VA background preferred
-Strong in at least two: email marketing, Shopify, analytics/reporting
-Experience with Klaviyo, Canva, Loom, Trainual a plus
-Motivating, organized, and detail-oriented

Tech Requirements:
-i5 processor or equivalent
-Stable internet (20 Mbps upload/download)
