Role Overview
Your job is to identify, verify, and qualify potential investors and business partners in the cryptocurrency and Web3 space. You’ll be a key part of our outreach strategy, ensuring we connect with the right people.
Key Responsibilities
1. Source crypto investors & decision-makers from
2. Identify & verify high-value leads in blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, and Web3 startups
3. Build & maintain structured lead lists in HubSpot (CRM proficiency required)
4. Use RocketReach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo to find verified contact details
5. Track market trends & investor activity to refine targeting strategies
6. Ensure all data is accurate, well-documented, and ready for outreach
What We’re Looking For
1. 5+ years of expert-level experience in lead generation, crypto fundraising, or investor outreach
2. Deep knowledge of
3. Understanding of crypto investment trends, Web3, DeFi, and blockchain ecosystems
4. Experience in investor outreach, VC fundraising, or Web3 business development
5. Understanding of tokenomics, DeFi protocols, and blockchain funding models
6. Proven track record of sourcing and verifying investor leads in the crypto space – Must provide real examples of crypto investors sourced, with methodology, and clear outcomes
7. Expert in HubSpot (must have) and familiar with RocketReach, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting tools
8. Strong analytical skills – we need real investors, not just random contacts
9. Excellent English communication skills
10. Self-starter with a strategic mindset – you should know where to look without being told
French proficiency is a plus (BUT NOT REQUIRED)
Work Details:
- Part-time (20-25 hours per week)
- Remote / Work-from-home
- Graveyard shift may be required (between 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM PH time)
- Competitive pay (based on experience)
