Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Website and Wholesale Platform Assistant. This role involves updating and managing our online presence across various platforms to ensure our products and pricing are current and accurately reflected.
Key Responsibilities
• Website Management:
o Update product listings and pricing on our Maropost/Neto website, ensuring accurate and appealing presentation.
o Upload new product photos and descriptions as needed to maintain a fresh and engaging online store.
• Wholesale Platform Coordination:
o Manage and update our product offerings on wholesale platforms including Ordermentum, Fieldfolio, Faire, and Upstock.
o Ensure consistency in product information and pricing across all platforms.
• Accounting and Inventory:
o Use the Xero Accounting platform to assist with inventory updates and financial tasks related to product listings.
• Marketing Support:
o Collaborate with our marketing manager to design and create newsletters.
o Assist in developing and scheduling engaging content for our Facebook and Instagram accounts.
Qualifications and Experience
• Familiarity with Maropost/Neto website platforms.
• Experience with wholesale platforms such as Ordermentum, Fieldfolio, Faire, and Upstock.
• Proficiency in using the Xero Accounting platform is preferred.
• Basic understanding of social media marketing, including content creation for Facebook and Instagram.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Working Hours
Initially, this position offers flexible hours as required, with the potential to expand to 8-16 hours per week. We are looking for someone who can grow with our business and contribute positively to our team.
