JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Website Support & Content Manager to join our team. This role involves managing our support ticket desk and ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' websites. If you are passionate about web management, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy helping clients solve problems, this could be the perfect role for you.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to support tickets promptly during US Central Time hours (8 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday).
Update WordPress websites, including content updates, plugin management, and core updates.
Add and update content on WordPress and MODX websites.
Convert and optimize JPEG images to WebP format for improved website performance.
Ensure all content updates and website changes are executed with attention to detail and meet client expectations.
Communicate professionally and effectively with clients via email, ensuring clear and proper use of English.

Requirements:
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Proficiency in managing WordPress websites, including content updates and plugin/core management.
Ability to work during US Central Time hours (8 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday).
Strong written communication skills in English for client interactions.

Preferred Skills (Not Required but Beneficial):
Experience with Tailwind CSS.
PHP development skills.
Knowledge and experience with ModX CMS.
