We are currently seeking a highly skilled Website Designer and SEO Specialist based in the Philippines to join us on a casual basis. This role will be pivotal in maintaining, optimizing, and enhancing our online presence to attract and retain clients.

Responsibilities:
As the Website Designer & SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for:

1. Website Management
Overseeing the day-to-day maintenance of the Zain Legal & Co website.

Improving site performance to ensure 100% speed and responsiveness on both mobile and desktop (PageSpeed Insights and GTmetrix benchmarks).

Handling hosting, domain, and email management, ensuring smooth functionality and security.

Providing emergency support and troubleshooting issues promptly to avoid disruptions.

Regularly updating website content, plugins, and other tools to keep the site optimized and secure.

2. Website Redesign

Collaborating to conceptualize and implement a modern, user-friendly redesign for the site.

Ensuring the redesign aligns with SEO best practices and enhances the user experience.

3. SEO Strategy and Execution

Performing on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to increase organic search visibility.

Conducting keyword research and implementing content optimization strategies to target relevant traffic.

Developing and implementing strategies for Google My Business (GMB) optimization to enhance local search visibility.

Monitoring and analysing SEO metrics and reporting on performance improvements regularly.

4. Competitor Analysis and Strategy

Conducting in-depth analysis of competitors to identify gaps and opportunities.

Proposing and implementing innovative strategies to differentiate Zain Legal & Co from competitors.

5. Traffic Growth and Conversion Optimization
Driving traffic to the website using SEO and other digital strategies.

Recommending and implementing improvements to enhance site conversion rates.

6. Client Education and Reporting

Providing insights and education on site performance, SEO updates, and industry trends.

Preparing monthly performance reports, highlighting achievements, issues, and areas for improvement.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you must possess:

Proven Experience in website design, management, and SEO (minimum 3 years).

Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and PageSpeed Insights.
Advanced knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Experience with WordPress and other CMS platforms.
Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
Ability to perform GMB optimization and local SEO.
Knowledge of hosting and domain management (Namecheap preferred).
Strong troubleshooting skills and availability for emergency support.
A portfolio of past projects demonstrating exceptional design and SEO results.
Ability to work independently and deliver results within deadlines.
Bonus Skills:

Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Familiarity with email marketing and CRM integration.
Basic understanding of legal services and terminology.
