We are looking for a self-sufficient, deadline-driven Website Designer Lead to take ownership of our website projects. This role requires a highly skilled individual who can work independently, manage project timelines, and deliver high-quality website solutions with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio showcasing previous work, expertise in database management, and experience in ad placement and digital audience growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Leadership:
• Independently manage website design projects from start to finish.
• Set and meet project deadlines with a results-driven approach.
• Ensure websites align with business goals and user experience best practices.
• Make strategic decisions without constant oversight, ensuring high-quality results.

Website Design & Development:
• Design and develop responsive, visually appealing, and functional websites.
• Optimize website performance, security, and speed.
• Maintain and update website content, structure, and user interface as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Database Management & Optimization:
• Manage and maintain website databases, ensuring security and efficiency.
• Optimize data structures for seamless website performance.
• Implement backup and recovery solutions to protect website data.

Ad Management & Revenue Growth:
• Implement and manage ad placements on the website.
• Optimize ad strategy to increase engagement and revenue.
• Collaborate with advertisers and ad networks to ensure effective placement.

Building & Engaging an Online Audience:
• Develop and implement strategies to increase website traffic and engagement.
• Optimize websites for SEO and digital marketing campaigns.
• Integrate social media and content marketing strategies for audience growth.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven experience in website design and development (portfolio required).
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines without micromanagement.
• Experience in database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar).
• Familiarity with SEO, analytics, and website performance tracking tools.
• Knowledge of ad placement strategies and monetization tactics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical

Preferred Experience:
• Background in UI/UX design and website optimization.
• Experience with e-commerce websites and payment gateway integrations.
