Website Designer (UX/UI) – Trial Project to Long-Term Role
TouchPoint is a U.S.-based digital agency focused on creating high-performing websites for medical and practices. We’re growing fast and looking for a high-level UX/UI Website Designer who can help us deliver clean, modern, and conversion-driven sites with speed and precision.
We’re not hiring for entry-level. We’re looking for someone with **real experience, real talent, and real attention to detail. If you aren't extremely skilled, this position is not for you. Standards at TouchPoint are extremely high.
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
1. Proven UX/UI Expertise with Portfolio to MatchYou must be able to provide at least 10 recent examples of complete website designs you've created in Figma. We want to see your ability to create clean user flows, intuitive structure, mobile-responsive layouts, and well-thought-out UI that converts.
2. Expert-Level Figma & Adobe ProficiencyYou must be fully proficient in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design. You should also be comfortable using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to create and manipulate brand assets and custom design elements.
3. Impeccable Attention to DetailThis means no spelling errors, no inconsistent spacing, no unaligned elements, no placeholder text left in designs. If we have to quality check your work for these issues, you're not the right fit.
4. Strong English CommunicationYou must be able to clearly communicate in English—both in writing and on Zoom calls. You’ll be part of tea
5. Available for Weekly Team CallsWe are a collaborative team. Weekly video meetings are required. You should be responsive, communicative, and open to feedback.
