Qualifications:
-5+ years in Wordpress and website development.
- Proven track record working with U.S. clients and in business operations.
- Prior experience in M&A is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Notion, Loom, Zoom, Google Office Suite, Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent proficiency in business-level English, both written and spoken.
- Must have a high-quality portfolio of previous work.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and content management (e.g., WordPress).
- Creativity and an eye for detail.
- Enthusiastic learner who takes initiative to expand knowledge, embraces challenges, and thrives in our culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles, responsive design, and SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and ability to interpret data to drive optimization.
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and learn new tools as needed.
- Robust Adobe applications skills (Photoshop, AI, XD).
Responsibilities
-Design and develop a visually appealing and responsible website that reflects the company’s brand identity and enhances the user experience.
-Create wireframe, prototypes, and design mockups to present ideas and gather feedback.
-Develop web pages using HTML, CSS, and Javascript, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
-Implement content management systems (CMS) and integrate third-party tools and plugins as needed.
-Optimize website performance, loading speed, and security.
-Collaborate with social media manager to gather content requirements and develop a content strategy for the website.
-Create and update website content, including test, images, videos, and interactive elements, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve the website’s visibility and organic search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and URLs to enhance search engine visibility.
- Conduct user research and analyze website user behavior to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
- Optimize the website's user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) to maximize engagement and conversions.
- Monitor website performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth functioning of the website at all times.
- Regularly update website software, plugins, and security measures to protect against vulnerabilities.
- Provide technical support and assist with website-related queries and issues.

- 1 Time Job with potential for Part-Time Remote: A dedicated salaried position requiring commitment, working and being present online at least 20 hours per week in a remote position.

- Part-Time Remote Position payment of 17,000-23,000PHP Per Month
