Website & CRM Virtual Assistant

Description:
We are looking for a highly organized VA with experience in web development and CRM management to support our online business operations. This role will primarily involve maintaining and improving our website (built on High Level), managing customer data, and implementing simple automations.

Responsibilities:
•Maintain and update our website (High Level CRM platform)
•Assist in building out eCommerce functionality on the website
•Perform basic CRM tasks (creating reports, organizing contacts, managing automations)
•Implement integrations and workflow automations using tools like Zapier
•Provide occasional website updates and troubleshooting

Qualifications:
•Experience with High Level, ClickFunnels, or similar platforms
•Basic web development experience (HTML/CSS a plus, but not required)
•Experience with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms is a plus
•Knowledge of CRM systems and automation tools (Zapier, n8n, etc.)
•Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Hours & Pay:
•Full-time (30–40 hrs/week)
•Pay: $8–$12 per hour (based on experience)
•Some overlap with US CST business hours required

Hiring Process:
•Selected candidates will be invited for an initial Zoom interview.
•A second interview may be conducted if needed before a final hiring decision.
•A stable internet connection, good camera/microphone setup, and familiarity with Zoom, Slack, and Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, etc.) are required.
