We are looking for a webinar expert who can take full ownership of our online presentations. The right person will be able to set up, host, and manage webinars from start to finish while ensuring a professional and engaging experience for attendees.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Hosting and managing live webinars (the most important part of the job)
Setting up everything needed to present the webinar seamlessly
Managing technical logistics (platform setup, integrations, troubleshooting)
Handling registration, attendee tracking, and engagement strategies
Potentially managing email campaigns before and after the webinar to drive attendance and follow-ups
Ensuring the webinar runs smoothly and professionally without requiring our direct involvement
Creating an efficient, repeatable system for future webinars

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience hosting and managing webinars from start to finish
Strong technical skills to handle the setup and execution independently
Ability to create structured, organized, and engaging webinar experiences
Experience with email campaigns related to webinar promotion and follow-up
A self-starter attitude who can take full ownership without micromanagement
Immediate availability to start
