Webflow Webmaster with good Figma Skills

Job Overview
Sixth Society is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Webmaster to join our team. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure our website is well-maintained, user-friendly, visually apealing, and up-to-date. The Webmaster will be responsible for implementing changes, performing regular maintenance, designing elements, and sourcing appropriate icons and images.

Key Responsibilities:
-Maintain Website: Regularly update website content, troubleshoot issues, and ensure site functionality.
-Implement Changes: Make necessary changes to website layout and features based on feedback and evolving needs.
-Design Elements: Create and integrate visually appealing design elements to enhance user experience.
-Source Icons and Images: Find and incorporate relevant icons and images that align with the company’s brand and message.
-Monitor Performance: Track website performance metrics and optimise for speed, usability, and search engine ranking.
-Ensure Security: Implement and manage website security measures to protect against cyber treats.
-Coordinate with Teams: Work closely with the team to ensure the website aligns with company goals and branding.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Webmaster or similar role
-Proficient in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages
-Strong graphic design skills with experience in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc)
-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
-Ability to work independntly and manage multiple projects simultaneously
-Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

Preferred Skills:
-Knowledge of SEO best practices
-Experience with CMS flatforms (e.g., Webflow)
-Understanding of UX/UI principles
-Basic knowledge of server-side languages (e.g., PHP, Python)
