Webflow Specialist

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Webflow Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Webflow functionalities, including CMS, Designer, and Interactions, and will be skilled in building responsive designs and optimizing webpages. This role requires a blend of technical and soft skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality websites that meet our clients' needs.
This full-time role allows you to work from home with set hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Philippine Time, which includes a lunch break.

Key Responsibilities:
Utilize Webflow CMS, Designer, and Interactions to build and maintain websites.
Ensure websites are fully responsive and perform optimally across various devices.
Implement strategies to optimize webpages for speed and performance.
Strive for pixel-perfect accuracy in website design, ensuring that the final product closely matches the design specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise with Webflow sites, providing support to clients as needed.
Manage and maintain database-related tasks within Webflow CMS.
Implement advanced features using CSS and JavaScript as required.
Apply basic SEO principles to enhance site visibility and performance.

Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience with Webflow CMS, Designer, and Interactions.
Design Skills: Strong ability to create responsive designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional.
Technical Skills:
· Proficiency in website optimization techniques.
· Knowledge of CSS and JavaScript for implementing advanced features.
Attention to Detail: Commitment to achieving pixel-perfect or near-pixel-perfect designs.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Webflow site issues effectively.
CMS Experience: Familiarity with managing databases within Webflow CMS.
SEO Knowledge: Basic understanding of SEO principles.
Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
