Helping to align clients, designers, and developers, using their hands-on technical knowledge to guide projects to success.


Key Responsibilities

Client Communication & Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and proactive communication.
- Gather requirements, clarify expectations, and provide regular status updates to keep clients informed and aligned.
- Capture and relay client feedback effectively to internal teams, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.
- Manage client expectations regarding timelines and deliverables, balancing feasibility with excellence.
Task Deployment & Prioritization:
- Break down project scopes into clear, actionable tasks within ClickUp.
- Set priorities and deadlines based on client goals, team capacity, and strategic alignment.
- Ensure tasks align with client needs and agency objectives for maximum impact.
Quality Assurance & Progress Tracking:
- Thoroughly review deliverables before submission to guarantee quality and alignment with client expectations.
- Track project progress, identifying and mitigating potential delays to ensure smooth delivery.
- Hold team members accountable for deadlines while providing necessary support and solutions.
Internal Team Coordination:
- Conduct daily check-ins with designers and developers to maintain momentum and address blockers proactively.
- Facilitate seamless handoffs between design and development phases to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Foster collaboration across teams to ensure all deliverables are cohesive and of the highest quality.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:
- Provide regular updates and touchpoints, ensuring clients feel informed and valued throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively address client concerns and needs, offering solutions that align with their goals and provide a premium service.
- Ensure documentation of all client communications to track progress and expectations accurately.
Implementation and QA
- Implement changes in Webflow to ensure projects are executed to a high standard
- Review technical aspects of design implementations including responsive behavior, animations, and interactions
- Conduct thorough QA testing across devices and browsers
- Provide technical guidance to team members on Webflow capabilities and limitations
- Ensure proper handoff between design files and Webflow development
Project Execution Oversight:
- Monitor project timelines and task completion rates to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the team to adapt to changes in scope or priorities without compromising quality.
- Lead project retrospectives to analyze what worked and areas for enhancement.
Process Adherence & Improvement:
- Ensure ClickUp workflows are followed, optimized, and updated to match evolving project needs.
- Identify inefficiencies in processes and propose actionable solutions for refinement.
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the fulfillment team.

Requirements

Client-Centric Mindset:
- A proven track record of building strong client relationships and exceeding expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and collaboration.
Technical Proficiency:
- Strong working knowledge of Webflow, including custom code capabilities and best practices
- Understanding of web design principles, responsive design, and modern UI/UX practices
- Ability to review and provide technical feedback on design implementations
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to effectively communicate with developers
- Understanding of web performance optimization and SEO fundamentals
Project Management Expertise
- Proficiency with ClickUp or similar project management tools, with the ability to create efficient workflows.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Attention to Detail:
- A meticulous approach to reviewing deliverables and ensuring they align with client goals.
- Ability to identify potential issues before they escalate and proactively implement solutions.
Leadership & Team Collaboration:
- A natural ability to motivate and support internal teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Confidence in holding teams accountable while maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.

Projects Delivered On Time: Percentage of projects completed within agreed deadlines.
