Webflow Designer / Developer (Hybrid – Manila area)

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS (UPDATED – AI-FOCUSED)
Required (Must-have)

Strong experience with Webflow Designer & CMS

Ability to build clean, scalable Webflow structures comparable to BRIX Templates

Comfortable working AI-assisted for at least ~70% of the workflow, including:

Using AI tools to speed up layout building, content structuring, and iteration

Using ChatGPT or similar tools for:

section structure & copy drafts

CMS field structuring

SEO titles, descriptions, and FAQ content

Excellent class naming, component structure, and reusability

Solid understanding of semantic structure & SEO best practices

Experience with:

CMS Collections & template pages

Responsive design (desktop, tablet, mobile)

Forms, interactions, and basic animations

Good English communication

Lives in or near Manila and available for hybrid work

Preferred (Nice to have)

Experience with Webflow AI, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools

Ability to translate AI output into clean, production-ready Webflow builds

Figma ? Webflow workflow experience

Familiarity with ---------- / basic automation

Performance optimization / Core Web Vitals knowledge
