Web3 Community & Social Media Promoter (Part-Time, Remote)

We are hiring a part-time Web3 Community & Social Media Promoter to grow and engage our online communities. 100% remote, flexible hours - great for students, freelancers and Web3 enthusiasts who want a flexible side income and industry experience.

Responsibilities:
- Run and moderate our communities on Telegram, ---------- , X (Twitter) and Reddit; keep them active and answer basic user questions.
- Share and post project updates, announcements and simple educational content to grow brand awareness.
- Reach target audiences across Web3 communities, forums and social channels to grow our user base.
- Help run AMAs, community tasks, airdrop campaigns and partner/KOL collaborations; track basic activity metrics.
- Maintain community and creator/channel relationships and report on promotion results.

Requirements:
- Basic understanding of Web3/blockchain/crypto; familiarity with NFT, DeFi or GameFi a plus. Beginners welcome - training provided.
- Comfortable with major social platforms; existing Web3 community/creator/channel resources a plus.
- Good writing and communication skills, strong execution, reliable.
- Flexible schedule with consistent daily online time; open to short-term or long-term.
- Experience in social media / community / cross-border promotion a plus.

Compensation: base + commission, paid weekly. Performance bonuses for hitting user-growth and campaign targets; tiered raises for long-term contributors. 100% remote, flexible hours.
