Web developer with CRO skills

Hello, looking to add someone to do custom product/landing pages. This is not a beginners job, I would like someone with good experince who can show great CRO designed pages that convert. I will work closely with you to design the pages and bounce ideas off of eachother.

-Please attach a folder or images of pages built . If you have heatmaps to show that the users scrolled and it performed well that is great.

-Don't need to be a coder/ dev, I have a developer who can take figma designs and put them on site.

I would see this as an ongong project as we track heatmaps & scrolls
