Web developer / designer contractor

We are seeking a skilled developer to create a new website and re-evaluate existing websites. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in web design and development, with specific expertise in the Webflow and Figma or Framer platform or other CMS tools. This project involves enhancing the visual appeal, improving functionality, and optimizing the user experience of our site.

The website must be based on an CMS which enables us to add or exchange photos and text without your help. It should be modular – which means that a new hotel/location/apartment can be added without any problem.



Responsibilities:

-Create a website for all our properties and evaluate the current website for usability, visual design, content, and branding.

-Design and develop visually appealing and responsive websites

-Develop wireframes and mockups for website layout and structure

-Ensure website optimization for maximum speed, cross-browser compatibility, and usability

-Collaborate with our team to define redesign objectives, including new features and functionalities.

-Create a comprehensive design plan that aligns with our company's brand strategy and user needs.

-Develop and implement a visually appealing and functional website using Webflow.

-Ensure the website is mobile-responsive and optimized for search engines.

-Conduct testing and resolve any technical issues prior to launch.

-Provide training to our team on managing and updating the website.

- Attention to detail in updated wording and sentences on the website to ensure it’s clear and understandable



Requirements:

-Proven experience as a website developer with a strong portfolio in Webflow and Figma or Framer site development.

-Small agencies are preferred over a 1 person company.

-Excellent design skills with an eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.

-Must have site builder subscription (Plus is AI driven site builders such as Relume or Durable)

-Proficiency in Webflow and Figma or Framer, including its customization accessories website with templates and examples. Advantage if you have an existing subscription.

-Must have 5 website references and form that 3 are built to companies (not individual) advantage if it's Hospitality industry.

-Proficient to integrate Tokeet (channel manager) booking widget into the website.

-Knowledge to reuse the existing website of one of our property (Granada Apartments - Berkeley)

-Impeccable in embed maps

-Familiarity with 360 tours, plus if you can do booking on the TVs. See existing 360 tour hier

-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

-Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

-Proactive and resourceful mindset

-Ability to work independently and remotely

-Available to do hourly rate once we want something to do be change in the website
