Job Overview


We’re looking for an experienced Web App Developer to continue building our Homerun Leadership All Star Apps — innovative tools that help teams accelerate decision-making, innovation, and conflict resolution.


You’ll work directly with our leadership team to improve design, functionality, and performance across several interconnected web-based apps.


Requirements


3+ years of experience in web app development
Skilled in Next.js, React, Node.js, Express, MySQL/Firebase/MongoDB
Strong UI/UX design ability (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar)
Portfolio of past web app projects (required)
Experience with responsive design and API integration
Must be able to work synchronously in real time (morning/evening overlap with US Central Time)


Bonus Skills


Experience with PWAs or web-to-mobile deployment
Data visualization (Chart.js, Recharts, etc.)
WordPress or web-embed experience


Compensation


Task or milestone-based pay (based on skill and scope)
