About Us:
We are a property management company in San Diego looking to grow our business through self-generated leads. We need a skilled contractor to scrape websites for rental property data and enter it into our spreadsheet for lead generation.
Job Responsibilities:
Scrape rental listings from platforms like Zillow, Redfin, Airbnb, and other sources.
Focus on pre-selected zip codes in San Diego to find qualified leads.
Use specific qualification criteria provided to verify and filter leads.
Enter data into our spreadsheet accurately and efficiently.
Use MLS access to gather additional specified information.
Requirements:
Experience with web scraping and data entry.
Familiarity with rental platforms like Zillow, Redfin, and Airbnb.
Ability to follow detailed lead qualification instructions.
Experience with Google Sheets or Excel for data organization.
MLS access is a huge plus but not required.
Compensation:
Competitive contract pays $7.00 per hr $60 per month to start.
The contract is for 3 months
Potential for long-term work based on performance.
