We build websites, from business start-ups to sophisticated high level websites.
We have our premium level websites, as well as 3 start-up level websites, and some predesigned ‘turn-key’ niched industry websites.
We have also ‘modulised’ extras such as custom page styles, custom web forms, advanced galleries function, lead generation, etc.
We also do SEO, social media, copywriting, content marketing and most things digital marketing or website related.
We want a person who understands the true purpose of a website, to convert visitors into enquiries.
This is a marketing ideas role, requiring good interpersonal skills.
Quite often what happens is a client will make certain edit requests, we want a person that has the gumption to better advise the client based on best marketing practices, to achieve the end game, better conversions, not just a people pleaser or yes person. The end result is we need to respect and honour the client requests, but we need to be the ‘advisors’ to help them be successful online.
We need a team player, who understands marketing, web design, and has the tech skill sets with our build stack. They must be willing to do ZooUpgrade to see actual infoetings, camera on, with clients and the team.
Do not waste your time, or ours, if that is not you.

EG: In a recent simple project the client had 3 primary services, hats, shirts and badges. In the design layout and function briefing it was dUpgrade to see actual info we were to create 3 primary ‘doorway’ buttons on one row on the homepage linking to those product pages.
The client then requested a 4th button to showcase suppliers.
We could do that, add a 4th button on that one row, no problems.
But, was that a good marketing or design decision? Was it going to be in the client’s best interest?
Should that page have the same priority as the 3 main product pages?
What would your response have been to that client’s request? ===============================================================================
We have broken the website build process into 10 distinct stages, from project setup and client onboarding right through to design and build and onto quality assurance, a clear ‘go live’ process and handover steps to project completion rap up.
There are 358 specific steps in this process, with the designers focus on Stage 4 of that, ‘The Build’, from the design, mostly following a wireframe layout, to populating content, page styling, setting up and testing the forms, etc.
Really the designer builds the websites following our wireframe layout mostly, although some tight budget projects go straight to design using common-sense ‘doorway’ buttons and site elements.

Software we use:
Teamwork: For client communication, project management, time tracking.
Slack for team communication
Zoom for team and client meetings
Process St for ALL processes and systems
Trello for tasking
RoboForm for password management
One Drive for all file assets
WHMCS for client support
Whimsical for wireframes
Canva for predesign concepts
What does your day look like?
Morning check in
Check emails for project notifications, respond as appropriate
Check Trello Board for Priority 1 Tasks, check tasks previously assigned
Check in with Project Manager
Liaise with clients as required
Handle brief questionnaires with project manager, and clients
Handle layout and function briefings with project manner, and clients
Check off that process has been adhered to

Here’s the question:
Can you see your existing skills sets being suited to these daily tasks?
The Team:
We have a project manager that checks and feeds all the relative information through
We have a local tech, who handles the phones, helps in support and also does our SEO.
We have a remote tech who handles all the hosting setup, techy stuff, and all things WordPress.
We also have a remote marketing person, who is an Infusionsoft Certified Specialist on the team, who also handles some social media aspects for us.
We also have a remote social media persona that handles all our social posts, and software we use to manage all that.
Then there’s me, I focus on sales, and marketing, networking, love creating new products and services,
So, is that you?
Remember, don’t theorise about this!
We need a team player, who understands marketing, web design, and has the tech skill sets with our build stack. They must be willing to do ZooUpgrade to see actual infoetings, camera on, with clients and the team.
Do not waste your time, or ours, if that is not you.
We want someone who has high attention to detail and listens well to instructions.
That starts NOW, if you can't follow the job ad process then you will automatically exclude your application from consideration.
NOTE: Please submit a voice recording explaining why you are the best person for the job, updated resume, speed test results, and computer specifications.
