Web Developer

Job Responsibilities:

Web Development & Maintenance

Design, build, and maintain secure, responsive company websites and web applications.
Troubleshoot issues and implement new features as business needs evolve.

ERP & Business Systems Development

Implement, customize, and optimize ERP and business management systems.
Recommend workflow improvements and build dashboards/reports to boost efficiency.

Zoho & Software Platform Development

Build and customize Zoho applications (CRM, Creator, Books, Billing) with custom workflows and integrations.
Develop and maintain client portals and internal tools using Software.

AI & Automation Development

Use AI coding tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Cursor) to improve development efficiency.
Identify and implement automation opportunities for manual business processes.

System Integration & Process Improvement

Integrate third-party applications and APIs.
Document systems and provide ongoing technical support and recommendations.

Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Experience with AI-assisted coding tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar).
Experience with Zoho applications (CRM, Creator, Books, or Billing).
Experience building applications with Software or similar no-code/low-code platforms.
Solid understanding of ERP systems and business process automation.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web frameworks.
Experience with API integrations and database management.
Able to work independently across multiple projects.
Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated remote workspace.
Cloud hosting and web security experience a plus.
Knowledge of SQL, Python, or PHP a plus.
