Web Developer

• Hulma Studio is looking for a Web Developer specializing in managing and maintaining WordPress websites.
• The right candidate must be comfortable in building and updating pages/posts using Elementor.
• The candidate must have frontend proficiency in building pages with dynamic elements through the use of Javascript or jQuery and CSS.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of professional experience developing themes and plugins in WordPress.
• Must have a keen eye for detail and web design.
• Professional experience in HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript/jQuery.
• Professional experience of SEO best practices and their implementation in web development.
• Proficiency with using version control systems such as Git/Github.
• Working knowledge using ReactJS is a plus.

Responsibilities:
• Manage client websites and work on page updates as necessary
• Create new website components by building Elementor custom widgets from scratch.
• Create custom widgets and website pages following accurately designs from Figma or any other UI design platforms.
• Regularly update WordPress core and plugins.
• Help in the deployment and hosting of WP platforms and web apps.
• Conduct thorough testing of websites and applications to identify and resolve any issues or bugs.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Must be responsive and available at UK hours.
This is a fully remote, work-from-home setup.
