Web Developer

We are looking for an experienced Website Developer to support two separate businesses over the long term in a full-time capacity.

Call to Action Goal: Generate B2B business leads and completed forms within specific geographic markets for niche industries on existing websites.

WORK SCHEDULE:
9:00 am - 5:00 pm Central Time
Monday - Friday

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
- Monthly Salary: $1200 USD
- 13th Month Bonus: Yes
- $500 Yearly Tech Allowance

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primary:
- Improve technical and content-based SEO. Benchmark vs competing websites and aim to surpass relevant longtail keywords
- Optimize U/I to:
----- Convert new site visitors into completed inquiries (CTA)
----- Serve as a product library for existing client reference
- Through the site, clearly illustrate our client and/or project journey
- Install and construct advanced Analytics to gauge efficacy
- Increase integration with Airtable for added on-site functionality
- Construct specific product type configurators (select options to "build" a product)

General Digital Marketing:
- Video editing
- Graphic design
- Social media
- PPC

Advanced web development:
- Construct a chatbot
- Construct a Visualizer (product shown in a specific setting)

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient in using WordPress and WooCommerce.
- Proven expertise in enhancing technical and content-based SEO strategies.
- Skilled in optimizing and designing User Interface (UI).
- Must be able to integrate other software/applications into the website.
- Experienced in installing and configuring advanced analytics tools.
- Digital Marketing experience.
