Position Overview
We're looking for an experienced Web Designer/Developer with exceptional Webflow expertise to build and maintain our website ecosystem. The ideal candidate combines strong design sensibilities with technical development skills to create visually compelling, user-friendly websites that effectively communicate our brand message.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain our website using Webflow
Create responsive layouts that work seamlessly across all devices
Implement effective information architecture and user experience strategies
Design custom animations and interactive elements that enhance user engagement
Build and integrate e-commerce functionality for merchandise sales
Create optimized landing pages for various campaigns
Set up blog infrastructure for content publishing
Ensure website performance optimization and SEO best practices
Collaborate with content creators to implement design strategies
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for website issues

Requirements
3+ years of professional web design and development experience
Expert-level proficiency in Webflow (Webflow certification preferred)
Native or fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills
Strong portfolio demonstrating Webflow expertise
In-depth understanding of responsive design principles
Experience with CMS setup and integration
Knowledge of SEO best practices for website development
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Technical Skills
Webflow (expert level)
HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with CMS and dynamic content
Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG)
Knowledge of UI/UX best practices
Familiarity with analytics implementation
Experience with e-commerce functionality
Basic understanding of APIs and integrations

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with faith-based or media-focused websites
Knowledge of Woocommerce or other e-commerce platforms
Understanding of membership site functionality
Experience with email marketing integration
Familiarity with podcast hosting and embedding
Background in brand identity implementation
