Web Designer & Developer

SALT Marketing Agency is looking for a highly skilled and creative Web Designer & Developer to join our growing remote team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who is technically strong in development but also has an exceptional eye for design and branding with experience creating unique designs and hero sliders.

This is NOT a role for beginners. We’re looking for someone who possesses BOTH strong design and development skills. If you are only experienced in one area, please do not apply.

Responsibilities:
• Design and develop responsive, modern, and visually compelling websites
• Collaborate on branding ideas and bring creative concepts to life
• Troubleshoot and fix website issues, bugs, or performance problems
• Optimize websites for performance, basic and advanced SEO, and user experience
• Provide input and suggestions for creative improvements
• Work closely with the team to deliver on deadlines and project goals

Qualifications:
• Proficiency in both front-end and back-end web development
• Strong eye for design, layout, typography, and branding
• Deep knowledge of WordPress (Elementor is a plus), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks
• Ability to think outside the box and bring innovative ideas to the table
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Detail-oriented, resourceful, and self-motivated
• Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
• Comfortable solving bugs or unexpected website issues quickly and efficiently

Starting Salary:
$300/month (Salary will increase with more workload)
