Job Brief:
We are seeking a full-time highly detail-oriented and talented Fashion Designer to join our team. This position is for a full-time remote capacity. As a Fashion Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating patterns for women's dresses, specializing in the realm of women's fashion and dress design. You will sketch your designs by hand, create technical production drawings and will be responsible for identifying and interpreting the latest trends in fashion, and developing unique designs that appeal to our customers. Your expertise in pattern making and designing will contribute to the success of our production and operations. Please note that we require candidates with experience in creating patterns for women's dresses. Responsibilities:
-Design and develop original clothing designs, focusing on long and modest dresses for women
-Pattern Creation: Utilize your exceptional pattern making skills to create high-quality, accurate patterns for various garments, with a primary focus on women's fashion and dresses.
-Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a keen eye for detail in ensuring precise measurements, shape, and fit of patterns, resulting in garments that meet our quality standards.
-Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis of our competition, keeping a close watch on trends and styles prevalent in the fashion industry. Leverage social media platforms and other relevant sources for inspiration and innovation.
-Market Awareness: Ability to keep up with industry trends, competitor analysis, and gathering inspiration from various sources, including social media platforms.
-User Feedback Incorporation: Collaborate with the team and gather feedback from our target audience, particularly mothers, to understand their needs and preferences. Utilize this input to create designs that effectively cater to their requirements.
-Seamless Production Transition: Work closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless transfer of patterns to the production stage. Your meticulous approach will contribute to the efficiency of the production process.
-Communication and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team, gather user feedback, and incorporate it into pattern designs.

Requirements and skills:
-Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Fashion Design, or a related field
-2-3 years of experience as a Fashion Designer
-Must have experience making patterns in Garments Manufacturing
-Pattern Making Expertise: Demonstrable experience and expertise in creating patterns for garments for women's fashion and dresses. A strong portfolio showcasing your pattern design skills is highly desirable.
-Ability to meet multiple deadlines and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
-Strong design and pattern-making skills with an eye for color, texture, and detail
-Comprehensive understanding of the fashion industry, including trends, materials, production techniques, and market dynamics
-Exceptional attention to detail and precision in pattern creation, ensuring accuracy in measurements, shape, and fit.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Experience working with a variety of materials, including knit, woven, and printed fabrics
