WP Developer with Flatsome Experience

Work Hours: 1 PM PHT – 9 PM PHT
Location: Remote (Philippines-based)

We are looking for a talented and independent Web Developer to join our growing team. This role requires expertise in building websites from scratch, customizing themes, and creating seamless user experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical foundation and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
Website Development: Build and maintain high-quality, responsive websites from scratch or using pre-existing frameworks.

Technical Setup: Configure and connect domain names, hosting, servers, DNS settings, SSL certificates, and other essential web components for website deployment.

CMS & Builder Expertise:

Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, focusing strongly on Flatsome and WooCommerce.

Shopify and other page builders (e.g., Elementor, Divi) are a plus.

Landing Page Creation: Design and build effective landing pages optimized for conversion and user engagement.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (designers, marketers, content creators) to achieve project goals and ensure a smooth development process.

Troubleshooting & Optimization: Identify and resolve website performance issues, ensuring compatibility across devices and browsers.

Version Control & Documentation: Maintain clean, organized code with comprehensive documentation for future scalability and maintenance.



Requirements:
Proven Experience: Demonstrable portfolio showcasing projects built from scratch, including WordPress (Flatsome, WooCommerce), Shopify, and landing page development.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.

Expertise in WordPress theme and plugin customization.

Familiarity with Shopify development and other builders is a plus.

Web Hosting & Domain Management: Ability to configure and integrate domain names, hosting, servers, DNS, SSL, and other essential components.

Design Knowledge: Understanding of UX/UI principles to build visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.

Collaboration Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders.

Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage tasks effectively, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Work Schedule: Available to work from 1 PM PHT to 9 PM PHT.

Salary depends in the result of your paid test and experience.
