We are looking for a Virtual Scheduling Coordinator to join our team! This role ensures efficient scheduling for employees and clients while assisting with administrative tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate caregiver schedules and fill open care visits
- Handle intake calls and client service plan updates
- Monitor
- Process time-off requests and update records
- Work closely with Care Advocates and management
- Participate in on-call weekend rotation (as needed)
Requirements:
- Prior scheduling or administrative experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Flexibility to take on additional tasks as needed
