JOB OVERVIEW

We need a new teaUpgrade to see actual infomber to help us with market research, data entry and data management, workflow management of our client engagements, coordination of scheduling interviews, prep and follow-up calls, and several other tasks central to our business which is executive search/recruitment.

Ideal profile:
** Previous experience in professional recruitment, ideally focused on software and technology. We recruit sales, marketing and customer success candidates, NOT technical candidates. Candidate sourcing, contact information details, list building, data entry, etc. will be the primary functions associated with this role.
** Ability and willingness to work US Central Time hours. We want you to be an integral part of our team which means we want to be able to communicate with you in real time. Many of the things you will work on will be in response to client requests that same day.
** Previous research experience utilizing the tools we use which include: LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Sourcewhale, Crunchbase and other related research tools. BONUS if you have used PCRecruiter previously.
** Compensation dependent on experience.
